DOS Finance

DOS Finance is Deshaun Ware's private financial recordkeeping and reconciliation system for Rambo Moving Services and DOS. It does not offer public registration.

Its implemented tools support matching payments to invoices and jobs, reviewing expenses and missing records, and preserving source evidence. Sources include payment emails, selected Life Dashboard spreadsheet records, customer/job context, and owner-supplied statements and evidence files. Results can be incomplete or provisional and require owner review.

With account-holder authorization, the Google readers can read Gmail messages and account information and selected Google Sheets ranges. The Google permissions cover more data than the application selects: Gmail access is not limited by Google to finance emails, and Sheets access is not limited by Google to the configured workbook or ranges. These readers do not send, modify or delete Gmail messages or edit Google spreadsheets.

Selected Gmail message bodies and metadata may be stored in Cloudflare D1, and full returned source payloads may be stored in private Cloudflare R2. Customer and counterparty information may be part of this evidence.

The system uses owner-authenticated application access controls. Cloud providers and administrators with relevant privileges may also process or access information; these controls are not an absolute security guarantee.

Existing staging integrations are separate from the unfinished dedicated production OAuth setup. Finance Continuity is not activated for recurring collection.

The owner has adopted a policy prohibiting the sale of Google-derived data and its use for advertising, credit decisions or training general-purpose AI models.
